- Mayonnaise: This is the creamy base of the dressing. Use full-fat mayo for the best texture and flavor.

Using an immersion blender or regular blender makes this dressing super easy to whip up. Caesar Dressing Recipe
Equipment
- Immersion Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 3-4 oil packed anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons water
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese shredded or grated
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾-1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a wide-mouth mason jar or cup that fits an immersion blender.
- Using the immersion blender, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This takes less than a minute!
- If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 1 to 2 more tablespoons of water until you reach your desired texture. Enjoy!
