I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a wide-mouth mason jar or cup that fits an immersion blender.
Using the immersion blender, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This takes less than a minute!
If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 1 to 2 more tablespoons of water until you reach your desired texture. Enjoy!
Notes
You can also make it by hand, just finely mince the anchovy fillets and garlic into a paste like consistency before mixing everything together in a bowl. If you're going the hand-mixed route, be sure to use grated Parmesan cheese so it blends in well.
