This Easy Grilled Chicken Marinade is my go-to recipe for the summer! It's quick to put together and perfect for prepping ahead or tossing together last minute. It really doesn't get much easier than whisking up a few pantry staples, pouring it over chicken, and letting the fridge (or freezer) do the hard work. The result? Tender, juicy grilled chicken that tastes like it took way more effort than it actually did.

Frequently Asked Questions
For the best flavor, chicken should be marinated for at least 2 hours before grilling. That said, if you're short on time, even 30 minutes will still add a nice boost of flavor. You can also marinate it overnight for deeper seasoning, just be sure not to go beyond 24 hours to keep the texture just right.
No, you should not rinse the marinade off before grilling the chicken. But you should pat the chicken dry to get a great sear.
