I love the idea of having homemade breakfast items stocked in the freezer for easy, stress-free mornings. With one less thing to worry about when everyone is rushing to get out of the door on time, freezer breakfasts are a great way to avoid unhealthy, sugary alternatives. If this is your first-time making freezer breakfasts, I know it can be intimidating, dedicating one day to make several meals, but I promise, this actually goes pretty quickly and doesn’t take that much time.
I like to keep various freezer meals so that I can serve something different every day. I don’t serve these breakfast meals ever morning, when we have time, I will prepare something fresh instead of reheating a freezer meal. I do like to have something thawed and waiting in the refrigerator just in case I don’t have time to make something.

You cannot go wrong with banana muffins. Mix in nuts or leave out the chocolate chips. Either way, these muffins will be fantastic!
Don’t Have Time to Meal Prep?
No worries! Meal prepping can work even if you do not have time to dedicate a day to making several different meals. I make most of my freezer meals by simply doubling a recipe when I am making it. Say for instance I want to make the Freezer Breakfast Burritos mentioned above. I will go ahead and make extra for the freezer. I do this anytime I can so that I can stock my freezer with food I want to have and don’t have to worry about when I can dedicate a day to freezer meal prepping.
I hope this post was helpful!
