5 Easy Breakfast Freezer Meals

Take the stress out of your busy mornings with these 5 Easy Breakfast Freezer Meals. Mornings tend to be the busiest, and sometimes the most stressful time of the day. These tried-and-true recipes are always great to keep stocked in the freezer. You will love how easy these recipes are to make.

I love the idea of having homemade breakfast items stocked in the freezer for easy, stress-free mornings. With one less thing to worry about when everyone is rushing to get out of the door on time, freezer breakfasts are a great way to avoid unhealthy, sugary alternatives. If this is your first-time making freezer breakfasts, I know it can be intimidating, dedicating one day to make several meals, but I promise, this actually goes pretty quickly and doesn't take that much time.

5 Easy Breakfast Freezer Meals

I like to keep various freezer meals so that I can serve something different every day. I don't serve these breakfast meals ever morning, when we have time, I will prepare something fresh instead of reheating a freezer meal. I do like to have something thawed and waiting in the refrigerator just in case I don't have time to make something.

  • Freezer Breakfast Burritos are super easy to make and a great way to start the day off with loads of protein. These simple breakfast burritos can be made with various different fillings.
  • Blueberry Muffins are a great freezer meal that can be made in under 1 hour. I like to whip these easy muffins up, pop them in the oven and work on other meals while they are baking. These muffins are also great to mix up and add in different fruits to make a few different muffins for the freezer.
  • Baked Oatmeal Cups 2 Ways are one my favorite freezer breakfasts meals. Baked oatmeal is a fantastic healthy breakfast that is so easy to make and keep stocked in your freezer. For this recipe I use the same based, split it up and add in different fillings. You will love how easy and delicious these baked oatmeal cups are to make.

  • Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches are always a family favorite. Made from scratch buttermilk biscuits, eggs, cheese and sausage make up these easy and delicious breakfast sandwiches. I like to make extra biscuits when I make these sandwiches, to freeze for later. Freezing just the biscuits is a great way to have biscuits on hand whenever you need them.
  • My favorite way to use up overripe bananas, Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins. This recipe is my go-to when I have bananas on the counter that no one wants to eat. Quick, easy and absolutely delicious. You cannot go wrong with banana muffins. Mix in nuts or leave out the chocolate chips. Either way, these muffins will be fantastic!

Don't Have Time to Meal Prep?

No worries! Meal prepping can work even if you do not have time to dedicate a day to making several different meals. I make most of my freezer meals by simply doubling a recipe when I am making it. Say for instance I want to make the Freezer Breakfast Burritos mentioned above. I will go ahead and make extra for the freezer. I do this anytime I can so that I can stock my freezer with food I want to have and don't have to worry about when I can dedicate a day to freezer meal prepping.

I hope this post was helpful!
