How To Make Halloween Marble Cookies
The full recipe is in the recipe card below.
This process for making the marble cookies is super easy. Here's how to do it:
STEP 1 Make the cookie dough
Prepare the dough as directed but hold back 3 tablespoons of the flour.
STEP 2 Divide the dough
Split the dough in half-either by weight (I use a kitchen scale) or eyeball it.
STEP 3 Color each half
- To one half, add the 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and half the chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
- To the other half, mix in the reserved 3 tablespoons of flour, 6 drops of orange food coloring (or as much as you need to make a bright orange), and the rest of the chocolate chips. Mix to fully combine.

STEP 4 Marble the cookies
Scoop 1 tablespoon of each dough. Split both in half, stack alternating colors, and roll into a ball. Place on the prepared pan and gently press down to lightly flatten the dough.

STEP 5 Bake and enjoy
Bake for 12 to 13 minutes. Enjoy!

These Halloween Marble Cookies are easy to make, super festive, and such a fun Halloween treat! I hope you love them as much as we do!
