- Cook the quesadillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle in a little oil. Place a quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Flip and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove from pan and continue with the remaining quesadillas. Enjoy!

Heat a separate large skillet over medium heat. Drizzle in a small amount of oil. Place one quesadilla in the skillet, swirl around to cover the tortilla with the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Drizzle a small amount of oil on the top tortilla, flip and cook until browned.

Remove from the pan and continue with the remaining quesadillas. Using oil as needed. Cut into 4 pieces and serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
