I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Pat the sausages dry and cut them into thirds.
Unroll a crescent roll sheet onto a cutting board. Cut each sheet in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 6 strips. That gives you 24 strips of dough.
Wrap each piece of sausage with a strip of dough, and place, standing upright, in the springform pan. Leave a little space between each piece.
Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet to catch any drips. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then remove the springform pan's ring. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
