I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M candies and peanut butter chips until fully combined.
Scoop the dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, a couple inches apart. Press them down gently to flatten them a little.
Bake for 12-13 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and the centers still look a bit soft. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
