These Ground Turkey Taco Bowls are the ultimate easy lunch or dinner. Featuring lean ground turkey tossed in a homemade taco seasoning, fluffy rice, and black beans, this recipe is designed for simple meal prep. Customize your bowl for a delicious from scratch meal!
In a skillet over medium heat drizzle in the oil. Once hot add in the ground turkey and cook, crumbling the meat as it cooks. Halfway through browning, stir in the seasonings and remove from the heat. You may need a little water to help the seasonings incorporate fully.
In a small pan over low heat, warm the black beans (if using) season with salt and pepper to taste.
Build your taco bowls by scooping rice in the base of your bowl. Top with cooked turkey, black beans and all of your favorite toppings/add-ins. Enjoy!
