I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Mix together the herbs, salt, pepper, minced garlic and olive oil. Take the herb mixture and evenly coat the chicken.
In a grill pan or on a grill cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest the chicken for 5-6 minutes then slice and serve. Enjoy!
