3ouncesunsalted buttermelted
¼cupgranulated sugaror brown sugar
1pinchsalt
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In the bowl of a food processor add the graham crackers and pulse until you have crumbs.
Stir in the sugar, salt and melted butter until evenly combined.
Add the graham cracker mixture to a 9-inch pie dish and spread it into an even layer. Press the crumbs up the sides first, then across the bottom, using the bottom of a measuring cup to pack it down firmly and evenly.
