or approximately 1 cup shredded
1
rib
celery
small diced
¼
cup
onion
small diced
½
cup
mayo
¼-1/2
teaspoon
salt
pepper
to taste
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
In a medium pot, boil the chicken until fully cooked. Allow it to cool completely, then shred it.
In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients, mix well.
Serve with crackers, bread or croissants. Enjoy!
