Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces chickpeas (canned) rinsed and drained
  • 15 onces black beans (canned) rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup red onion small diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved or quartered
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro minced
  • 1-2 limes juiced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste chipotle powder
  • 2 large avocados diced

Instructions
 

  • Add the chickpeas, black beans, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice and all of the seasonings to a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Now stir in the avocado. Enjoy chilled or served at room temperature.
