I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
In a small pan over medium low heat, melt the butter. Add in the apples and toss to coat in the butter.
Next, add in the spices, stir well to combine. Now add in the honey. Stir well to incorporate the honey.
Sauté until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Add all of the ingredients to a medium container with a lid. Stir well and refrigerate overnight. Top with granola, nuts or enjoy without any additional toppings.
