STEP 1

Preheat an oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP 2

Trim the ends off of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and season. Toss to coat evenly and spread into a single layer.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even roasting.
