Pizza Bagels

Servings: 12 Total Time: 15 mins Difficulty: Beginner
Easy school lunch for kids. Pepperonis pizza bagels made from scratch that your kids will love!

Skip the grocery store Pizza Bagels and make your own for your freezer.  They are easy to make and cost a fraction of the price of the ones you buy at the grocery store. Whenever I can find something to make in bulk and freeze, I do. These pizza bagels are perfect for freezing. Kids can even help make these; they are that easy. Completely customizable and great to have in the freezer for a quick lunch.

When it comes to school lunches, I like to have several different options for my kids. Sandwiches and wraps can get a little boring, but pizza is always a hit. Having the bagels already prepped and, in the freezer, makes it a lot easier to do. No worries about time, just pop it in the oven the night before, cool completely before putting in the refrigerator and it is ready for the lunchbox in the morning.

How to Make Pizza Bagels

Start by lining two baking trays with parchment paper.

Separate each bagel and place them on the lined tray.

Take the pizza sauce and spread your desired amount on each one.

Top with cheese and your toppings of choice.

Place in the freezer for about 2 hours.

Once frozen completely wrap each bagel in plastic wrap then place in a gallon freezer bag and store in the freezer. They are good for about 6 months in the freezer.

When you are ready to cook the bagels, preheat an oven to 350°F.  Place on a baking sheet and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
