Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1-2 jalapeños, small diced seeds and membrane removed
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos drained
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • 1 pinch granulated garlic
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until completely smooth. Add the mayo and beat until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, and drained pimentos.
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings or add extra jalapeño if desired.
  • Serve immediately for a smooth, soft spread, or chill in the refrigerator if you prefer a firmer texture or want to shape it into a cheese ball. Enjoy!
