Whether you’re making sandwiches, loading up crackers for lunchboxes, or just enjoying it straight from the bowl, Southern Tuna Salad delivers a comforting, flavorful meal every time.
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
In a medium bowl add the drained tuna. Using a fork, break up the tuna to smaller pieces.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Notes
To make perfect boiled eggs every time start with adding your eggs to a small pot, cover with cold water. The water should be at least an inch over the top of the eggs. Place the pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Once the water begins to boil cover the pot and pull it off the heat. Set a timer for 12 minutes. Once the 12 minutes are up, drain off the water and cover the eggs with ice and cold water. This will stop the cooking. After 5 to 10 minutes, you can peel the eggs.
