Skip the grocery store Pizza Bagels and make your own for your freezer. They are easy to make and cost a fraction of the price of the ones you buy at the grocery store.
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Start by lining two baking trays with parchment paper. Separate each bagel and place them on the lined tray.
Take the pizza sauce and spread your desired amount on each one. Top with cheese and your toppings of choice.
Place in the freezer for about 2 hours. Once frozen completely wrap each bagel in plastic wrap then place in a gallon freezer bag and store in the freezer.
When you are ready to cook the bagels, preheat an oven to 350°F. Place on a baking sheet and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
