This classic Southern Pimento Cheese spread is made with cheddar cheese, jalapeños and pimentos. Serve it at your next party, or holiday gathering.

cream cheese
softened

cup
mayo
2 ½
cups
cheddar cheese
shredded
1-2
jalapeños, small diced
seeds and membrane removed
1 (4 ounce)
jar
pimentos
drained
¼
teaspoon
salt
To Taste
pepper
1
pinch
garlic powder
1
dash
worcestershire sauce
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
With a mixer beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the mayo and cream until fully incorporated.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined. Taste and add more jalapeño if desired.
Serve immediately for a smoother cheese spread. Or chill to shape into a cheese ball. Enjoy!
