I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 425° F and lightly oil a pizza pan or line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Once the dough has proofed, cut into two equal pieces and roll into balls. Cover one dough ball with a cloth while working with the other.Roll out the pizza dough to the desired size and thickness. Then place on a lightly oiled pizza pan or a parchment lined sheet tray.
Cover the pizza dough with the cooled creamy garlic pizza sauce. Then top with grated parmesan cheese (optional).
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese all over the sauce. Add shredded parmesan if desired. I do!
Then top with pepperonis, as many as you want! Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425° F or until the cheese starts to brown lightly. Enjoy!
