Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough *See notes
  • ½ Cup alfredo sauce * See notes
  • As Needed pepperonis
  • As Needed shredded mozzarella
  • As Needed parmesan shredded and grated
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven to 425° F and lightly oil a pizza pan or line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  • Once the dough has proofed, cut into two equal pieces and roll into balls. Cover one dough ball with a cloth while working with the other.
Roll out the pizza dough to the desired size and thickness. Then place on a lightly oiled pizza pan or a parchment lined sheet tray.
  • Cover the pizza dough with the cooled creamy garlic pizza sauce. Then top with grated parmesan cheese (optional).
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese all over the sauce. Add shredded parmesan if desired. I do!
  • Then top with pepperonis, as many as you want!
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425° F or until the cheese starts to brown lightly. Enjoy!
