Prep Time 30 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
Total Time 45 minutes mins
4-6 large jalapeños 8 ounces cream cheese softened ⅓ cup sour cream ⅓ cup mayo 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon worchestershire sauce 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Preheat an oven to 425 °F. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and lightly coat with oil. Roast for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then dice.
In a mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and mayo. Mix until fully combined.
Stir in the remaining (reserving some of the cheese and bacon for the top) ingredients and mix well.
Add the dip to a small baking dish, I used an 6" round baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.
Garnish with reserved bacon. Enjoy!
