Homemade guacamole is unbeatable! It's a straightforward and tasty recipe, brimming with creamy avocados, cilantro, onions, tomatoes, and a splash of lime juice. Whip up this nutritious snack in less than 20 minutes!
I always use Kosher salt in my kitchen! If using table salt, start with half the amount and adjust to taste, as it is much "saltier" by volume.
Instructions
Peel and remove the seed from the avocados and place them in a medium bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocados until they are slightly creamy. Do not use a blender for this, you do not want a super loose guacamole. Leave some small pieces of avocado, these pieces will be slightly mashed when the rest of the ingredients are mixed into the bowl.
Next add in the diced vegetables, spices and lime juice. Mix well. Enjoy!
