The BEST Jalapeño Popper Dip recipe! This easy to make dip is make ahead friendly and absolutely delicious. Serve this super cheesy appetizer at your next gameday or Holiday party.
Turning a classic appetizer like Jalapeño Poppers into a creamy dip is such a great way to bring something new and exciting to the table. I love Jalapeño Poppers, they are the one appetizer that I can eat my weight in. Maybe it’s the Texan in me, but anything with jalapeños and bacon is a winner in my book. This dip is the perfect combination of creamy, melted cheese, roasted jalapeños and crispy bacon. Trust me, it is DELICIOUS!
I love making appetizers for parties. A family favorite, that we almost always have at any party is Sausage Balls. But we really love our dips, like this delicious Tex-Mex Dip or this Homemade Bean Dip. You can never go wrong with homemade dips.
It takes far less time to make Jalapeño Popper Dip than it does to make Jalapeño Poppers. This recipe is so easy to make you are going to be wishing you had made it sooner.

Roast the Jalapeños first to get the best flavor. You can opt to use uncooked jalapeños, but I highly recommend roasting them first.
This Jalapeño Popper dip is baked, so serving it while it is hot/warm is best. It is still fine after it has cooled to room temperature after baking. If it lasts that long!
This delicious dip goes well with crackers, crostini and chips. I usually serve it with Ritz Crackers. Little toasted bread pieces (Crostini) are great with creamy dips. It is also really good when served with Tortilla chips and Fritos.
Fresh is best! I love the flavor of freshly roasted Jalapeños in this dip. If you choose, you can skip roasting them and just adding them in fresh. Canned (diced) jalapeños can also be used. For the best flavor, I highly recommend roasting the jalapeños first.
This recipe is super easy to make in advance. You can make this dish up to 3 days in advance if needed. Simply follow the recipe until it needs to be baked. Instead of baking, cover and refrigerate until you are ready to continue the recipe. I recommend setting the dip out 20-30 minutes before baking. Top with freshly cooked bacon and enjoy!

Preheat an oven to 425 °F. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and lightly coat with oil. Roast for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then dice.
In a mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and mayo. Mix until fully combined.
Stir in the remaining (reserving some of the cheese and bacon for the top) ingredients and mix well.
Add the dip to a small baking dish, I used an 6" round baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.
Garnish with reserved bacon. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
