Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast (or approximately 1 cup shredded)
  • 1 rib celery (small diced)
  • 1/4 cup onion (small diced)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a medium pot, boil the chicken until fully cooked. Allow it to cool completely, then shred it.

  2. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients, mix well.

  3. Serve with crackers, bread or croissants. Enjoy!
